Please keep in mind that building sanctioned trails takes time, energy, and money. Though we would love to move quickly, sometimes the circumstances don’t allow for speed.

Projects in Process
The Rooney Farm

Ground has been broken building the first two trails at The Rooney Farm! We have hired Guru Dirtworks to build a climb and an advanced down. We still need fundraising support from the community to see this project through!
Sterling Connector

STP is working to finalize the route for the lower Sterling Connector Trail and obtain an estimate of how much we need to raise to make this trail become a reality!
Adams Camp Connector AKA Paulapalooza

Thanks to our partnership with Stowe Land Trust, we were able to raise enough funds to help build the trail. In order to do so, we need to design the corridor and navigate Act 250 permitting. We are currently waiting for a finalized design plan
Baby Bears

Baby Bears, a new beginner trail in Cady Hill Forest, has been approved by the town of Stowe for construction. We will be putting together a RFP (Request for proposals) to build in early 2026.
Serenity and Adrenaline

Serenity and Adrenaline, our expert downhill trail in Adams Camp will be completed in late 2026! After 6 years of weekly volunteer nights, we can’t wait to ride the whole thing with you. Join us for a Monday evening trail work party!
Completed Projects
Palisades
Updated 7/8/2026
Palisades, also known as the Village Inn Connector, was completed in late 2025 thanks to our contractors with Rabbit Tracks and Muss Mountain Works. Join us on August 27th, 2026 for an official opening!
