You know and love Cady Hill Forest for its trails, but have you ever considered what other aspects of the forest are important?
Join us on Wednesday, June 3rd from 5:30pm -7:30pm for a guided group mountain bike ride through Cady Hill to learn about the birds and changing habitats within the forest with Audubon Vermont‘s Steve Hagenbuch. We’ll talk about what makes a healthy bird habitat, sustainable forestry practices, and how the two intersect with the recreational use of the land and forest, and hopefully see some amazing birds along the way! Make sure to stick around till the end for drinks thanks to our friends at The Alchemist Brewery.
Meet us at the Ranch Camp parking lot off Mountain Road at 5:30pm for this two-hour ride. The ride will be for intermediate mountain bikers. We’ll see you there!
