Every five years, Stowe Trails Partnership embarks on a journey to map out our Strategic Plan. This plan acts as a guiding light for our work, containing action items that will help us reach our goals over the next five years while staying true to our organization’s purpose, mission, and vision. 

The Board of Directors and staff held two Strategic Planning meetings to discuss what’s next for STP. We looked at our trail use data (how many people use the trails each year), trail user survey data (what folks who use our trails want), our successes, and areas for improvement. This led to the development of six goals with associated actions to accomplish them. From trail connectivity to diversity, equity, and inclusion, these goals will help us move forward to continue bringing you the best trails and experience possible.
