Every year we host our Annual Meeting to let you know what we’ve been up to during the past year, and what we have on deck for the coming 12 months. It’s the perfect opportunity to get into the nitty-gritty details about our organization, how we operate, our trail-building process, and more.

Where: We are extremely grateful to Trapp Family Lodge for letting us use their space at the Bierhall for this event!

When: Thursday, November 21 from 6:00pm – 8:00pm

The plan for the evening:

6:00pm: Social half-hour in the Bierhall
6:30pm: Presentation about 2024 and what’s coming up in 2025
7:15pm: More social time if you want it!

We will provide snacks for the event, and hope to see you there!
